Editorial Policy
Original Practice Material
FinalSAQ publishes original educational revision material for medical students. Our SAQ questions and OSCE stations are written as practice cases to support learning and exam preparation.
We do not publish official, leaked, or copied university exam papers. The materials may reflect common clinical topics and assessment formats, but they are not endorsed by or affiliated with any university, medical school, exam board, NHS organisation, NICE, or the GMC.
How Content Is Created
Content is developed by the FinalSAQ team with a focus on common clinical presentations, structured clinical reasoning, communication skills, investigation interpretation, and safe initial management.
Where clinical guidance changes, we aim to update relevant content. Medical knowledge changes over time, so students should always check official teaching, local policies and recognised clinical guidance when using the site for revision.
Educational Use Only
FinalSAQ is for education and revision. It is not clinical advice, a diagnostic tool, or a replacement for supervision from qualified clinicians or official institutional guidance.
Images and External Resources
Some educational images are stored locally for use in questions or stations. Where images come from external sources, attribution and licence information is recorded in the relevant attribution files within the image folders.
External links are provided for learning context where appropriate. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or policies.
Corrections and Feedback
If you find an error, outdated explanation, unclear question, or attribution issue, please contact us through the Contact page. We review feedback and prioritise changes that improve accuracy, clarity and student safety.
